What I collect

Only what you choose to send through a form on this site, such as your name, phone or email, a property address, your answers to the short questionnaire, and any question you type. If you have a Game Plan, the site also tells me when it's first opened and your first price guess, so I know where you're starting from.

How I use it

To reply to you and help with your real estate questions. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't add you to automated mailing lists. If you sign up for the home value tracker, I'll email you updates at the frequency you picked, and you can reply STOP anytime to end them.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and delivered to my email. Videos play from YouTube, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Those services have their own privacy policies. The calculators on this site, like the seller net sheet and the rental calculator, run in your browser. The numbers you type stay on your device and aren't sent to me unless you submit a form.

Your choices

Ask me anytime to see or delete what you've sent. Call or text 319-427-4711.
